History

In 2006, Stavros Frattis, the company’s founder, decided to radically change his career and turn his hobby into a profession. He started gaining recognition in collector circles through an eBay store, forming the core of our team. In 2007, the first direct sales catalog was published, and by the end of 2008, our first live auction was held.

Our decision to expand into live auctions was not driven by the ambition to establish yet another auction house in Greece, but rather by the recognition of a significant void in the market concerning the quality and variety of material offered to collectors and bibliophiles.

Responding to the market’s demand for quality material, fair prices, and reliable transactions, we created a comprehensive, illustrated catalog where all products are presented with the most accurate possible descriptions.

The quality of the material offered was continuously enhanced with each catalog, and our transparency and impeccable professionalism in transactions quickly fostered successful collaborations with both sellers and buyers. At our auction house, you will discover rare collectibles, antiques, works of art, rare books, archival and photographic material, among others.

Leveraging years of experience, we regularly organize and conduct both live and online auctions. Our comprehensive auction catalogs feature a wide array of collectibles, primarily of Greek interest. Our process is distinguished by transparency and professionalism.

We also operate an online store (Eshop) featuring frequently updated products, where you will find competitive prices, special offers, and recommendations. Where to Find Us

Our headquarters are situated in the Sepolia district. We specifically chose and invested in this area of the Municipality of Athens for its distinct ‘neighborhood’ atmosphere. It is conveniently located just a few minutes from Syntagma Square by metro, yet sufficiently removed from the crowds of central Athens.

Our offices, auction room, and physical store are located on Lampovou Street, easily accessible by: Metro (500 meters from Sepolia station), Bus (100 meters from the ‘Paidiki Chara’ stop for lines 732 and 892), Car (200 meters from the Rossignol bridge on Kifissou Avenue).
